Looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact? We're partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing a period of growth and transformation, seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month project-based contract.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver learning initiatives that build capability, support leadership development and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate engaging learning programs and workshops
- Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide solutions
- Develop blended learning content across multiple delivery channels
- Support change and transformation projects through learning interventions




- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

About You

You will bring:

- Experience across learning design, facilitation and program delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience supporting leadership development and organisational capability
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
