Kinexus is seeking a Software Support Specialist for a Defence Communications product, based in Canberra and in office for a permanent role. The position requires an active NV2 security clearance and responsibility for L2/L3 technical support within a containerised environment on client sites.
You will become the technical SME, manage Defence customer relationships, support testing and upgrades, and collaborate with the product engineering team to resolve issues and improvements.
