Swanbourne Market IGA in Perth's western suburbs seeks a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead a busy team and own all store operations. You will supervise full-time, part time and casual staff, drive sales and margin, and manage stock and merchandising to award-winning standards.

With support from owners, you will implement promotional programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure food safety, WHS, and compliance across the store.
