Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is essential. Finance experience is not.

We're looking for hungry, hardworking individuals who know how to sell, take pride in exceeding targets and are motivated to build a successful, high-income career.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience ,



with 3+ years highly regarded.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong closing skills, confidence handling objections and the ability to convert opportunities into customers.
- Excellent telephone communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Persistence, resilience and the discipline to follow up consistently.
- A competitive, results-driven mindset and a genuine desire to maximise your earnings.
- A strong work ethic, accountability and a willingness to learn.

Experience in telesales, automotive dealerships, insurance, recruitment, business development or other target-driven sales environments is highly regarded.

The Role

You’ll work with warm customer enquiries, helping individuals and businesses secure suitable finance solutions while developing the skills to become a successful finance broker.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and converting customer enquiries into finance applications and settled loans.
- Building relationships, identifying customer needs and presenting suitable finance solutions.
- Maintaining a consistent daily call cycle and proactively following up your pipeline.
- Achieving monthly sales activity,



conversion and settlement targets.
- Developing relationships with existing clients, suppliers and referral partners.
- Working closely with our experienced brokers and credit team to achieve successful customer outcomes.
