Endeavour Group is seeking a pragmatic Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner with our ALH Hotels teams across NSW. This hands-on role leads the implementation and review of our SH&W; strategy, acting as the on-ground adviser to embed a culture of care and prevent injuries.

You will conduct ICAM investigations, oversee risk assessments, deliver wellbeing programs, and coach state and venue teams. Travel across NSW is expected.
