Our website is one of our biggest sales channels, and it leaks.

VERVE Fitness is one of Australia's fastest growing commercial and home gym equipment brands, profitable and targeting $150M within four years. Over the next few months we launch VERVE Pulse, our gym software, as a standalone product and open in the United States from Dallas. Our Shopify store does serious volume, but on mobile it converts at about half the rate of desktop. Fixing that is worth more than any campaign we could run, and nobody owns it today. That's why this seat exists.

We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager (CRO) to own vervefitness.com.au like a P&L; and turn the traffic we already have into more orders.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll own website Sales against budget, and the conversion rate and Sales per session that drive it. The Shopify store is yours end to end: theme, apps, checkout, on-site search, merchandising, tracking, site speed and technical health. You'll run a written testing program where every test ends in a decision, rebuild our flagship product pages and bundle experience for mobile, and turn our 3D gym builder into a real conversion tool. From February 2027 you'll take the same store into the United States with Shopify Markets: a curated US range, imperial units, US pricing and US freight at checkout.

HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED

We'd rather tell you now than surprise you in month three:

Website Sales on budget every month, Australia and the US reported separately

Mobile conversion within 25% of desktop by June 2027, from about 50% behind





Four or more tests shipped every month, each ending in a decision

Core Web Vitals green on mobile, and staying green

US storefront live and trading from 1 February 2027

WHERE THIS SITS

You report to our Head of Growth/Growth Lead. If it happens on vervefitness.com.au, it's yours. If it happens inside an ad account, it belongs to our Digital Marketing Specialist. Our Performance Creative Lead shoots the photography and video; you build the pages. If you'd rather brief a developer than ship the change yourself, this isn't the role.

MUST HAVES

3 to 5+ years hands-on in Shopify ecommerce with a conversion focus

Conversion wins you can point to, with real before and after numbers

Fluent in GA4 and heatmap tools (Clarity, Hotjar), with a disciplined testing method

A commercial head: you think in Sales, not vanity metrics

Able to work on site at Upper Coomera

BONUS HAVES

High-value or considered-purchase ecommerce

Shopify Plus, and bundle or configurator apps

Shopify Markets or another multi-market launch

Klaviyo basics, and AI tools already in your workflow

A fitness or premium consumer products background
