Birzulis is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to help lead our teams and drive our projects from concept through completion.

Location: Newcastle

The Role

- Design structural solutions for buildings and infrastructure (steel, concrete, timber) using structural engineering software.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex structural challenges
- Champion new technologies, methods, and best practices within the team

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering plus CPEng status
- 7 + years’ experience in structural engineering




- Robust proficiency in all structural engineering software
- Solid understanding of structural design principles, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
