Levande Camden View Retirement Village in Laurieton, NSW, invites a proactive Village Manager to lead onsite operations. You’ll build trusted relationships with residents, develop your team and drive improvements that enhance daily life for the community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll manage budgets, monitor financial performance and deliver the village improvement plan. You’ll coordinate maintenance, manage risks, and support resident arrivals, wellbeing activities and local engagement.
