About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Support Consultant to support and optimise Salesforce commerce operations. The successful candidate will bring hands‑on experience in B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Salesforce OMS, and platform administration, with a strong focus on production support, troubleshooting, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts, including buyer groups, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, entitlements, and checkout.
- Support Experience Cloud and OMS functionality across order processing, fulfilment, returns, and cancellations.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to product pricing, shopping carts, checkout processes, integrations, and platform performance.
- Manage Salesforce user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security configurations.
- Maintain Flows, validation rules, data loads, deployments, and release testing.




- Monitor platform health, analyse debug logs and audit trails, and resolve production incidents.
- Manage support requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Work with business and technical teams to improve platform stability and the overall customer experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce configuration and support.
- Practical knowledge of Experience Cloud and the Salesforce B2B data model.
- Strong Salesforce administration and platform security expertise.
- Experience with declarative automation, Salesforce Flows, debug logs, and audit trails.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Professional certification.
- Experience with Salesforce OMS and SAP/ERP integrations.
- Exposure to Event Monitoring, Salesforce Shield, or Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
