As our QA Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring both company and customer satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of food hygiene, product quality, and compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.

- Process Monitoring — Ensure processes meet regulatory & customer requirements.
- Product Conformance — Compliance with AUS‑MEAT & customer specifications.
- AQIS Compliance — Ensure all AQIS requirements are met & maintained.
- TFIB Standards — Uphold TFIB Quality Systems, HACCP, GMP, IMS, Environmental Management, & training programs.

Experience & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in the meat or food processing industry
- Knowledge of AUS‑MEAT specification standards
- Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent
- Understanding of the Meat Hygiene Assessment framework
