Community Restorative Centre Ltd. in Broken Hill seeks a Transition Worker Aboriginal Identified to provide holistic, trauma-informed outreach for First Nations people with complex needs.
The role supports pre- and post-release through a throughcare model and helps clients reconnect with culture and community. Based in Broken Hill with travel to Wilcannia and Menindee, the position is full time (38 hours/week) with a contract to 30 June 2028 and additional Christmas/New Year leave.
