United Workers Union is seeking experienced Lead Organisers to grow membership, build workplace leadership, and deliver campaigns that improve members’ wages and conditions. Roles are based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, and are offered on a full time ongoing basis.

You will lead a team of organisers, mentor their development, and turn strategic priorities into practical organising plans, delivering collective action across industries.
