We're looking for a Senior Survey Draftsperson to join a well-established national surveying firm in a permanent, full-time role.

About the Role

You'll play a key role as Senior Survey Draftsperson ,



supporting the Drafting Production and Land Development teams, working across survey data processing, calculations, and plan preparation.

You'll also contribute to process improvement, team development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality cadastral drafting outputs across a range of projects
- Process and reduce survey field data into accurate project files
- Provide technical guidance on complex drafting and CAD matters
- Support continuous improvement of drafting workflows and processes
- Mentor and develop junior team members

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience in a survey drafting environment
- Advanced skills inAutoCAD/ Civil 3D and SurvaCAD
- Solid understanding of survey data processing, cleaning and plan auditing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously
