Round Square Marketing is a strategy-led, full-service agency in Toowoomba, and after 13 years we’re continuing to grow. Our client base is expanding and the work is diversifying - bigger campaigns, broader briefs, more industries, and we were recently named Creative Industries category winner at the 2026 Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Awards . We’re building the team to match that momentum, and this is one of two current roles.

The role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the trusted lead for a growing portfolio of clients, from early strategy through to the delivery of campaigns and day-to-day work. You’ll understand each client’s commercial goals, shape clear direction, and make sure great work ships, on time, on strategy and on brand. It’s hands-on: part relationship, part strategy, part coordination, and you’ll have real ownership of your accounts.

What you’ll do

- Own the relationship for a portfolio of clients as their trusted day-to-day contact
- Translate client goals into clear strategy, briefs and campaign direction
- Manage retainer deliverables, timelines and budgets, keeping work on scope and moving
- Coordinate delivery across content, design, digital, ads, events and PR




- Contribute hands‑on where your strengths lie (campaign coordination, content, EDMs, digital)
- Present results and reporting, and spot opportunities to grow each account

About you

- Experience in account or client management, ideally agency-side
- Strategy-led and commercially minded, you connect marketing activity to real outcomes
- Highly organised, calm under competing deadlines, with sharp attention to detail
- A strong communicator who builds genuine trust with clients
- Action-oriented, you’d rather deliver and refine than polish forever
- A capable marketing generalist who understands how strategy, content, design, digital and PR fit together
