Campsie Family Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated dentist to join our established 3-chair dental practice, with a genuine prospect to explore practice ownership.

Established in December 2019, our practice has built a loyal patient base and a strong presence within the local community.

This is more than a traditional associate dentist position.

We are particularly interested in a dentist who has genuine ambitions of becoming a practice owner and is ready to explore this opportunity in the near future.

Our Practice & Facilities

Our practice is equipped with:

- Three fully equipped dental surgeries

- CBCT and OPG imaging

- Digital intraoral X-ray system

- TRIOS 5 intraoral scanner

- In-house 3D printing technology

- Dental4Windows practice management software

- Experienced Dental Assistants and dedicated reception support

- Established and multicultural patient base, with regular walk-in emergency patients

- Conveniently located approximately 14km from Sydney CBD and within a 5-min walking distance of Campsie Station, with the new Sydney Metro Southwest service expected to commence in late 2026

- Easy access to local bus services and nearby parking

What We Offer

- Flexible working arrangements, initially around 2–3 days per week, with potential to increase to 4–5 days depending on patient demand

About You

We are looking for a dentist who:

- Holds current AHPRA registration as a dentist in Australia

- Has solid experience in comprehensive general dentistry

- Demonstrates excellent clinical judgement and patient communication skills

- Has a genuine interest in practice ownership and business development

- Orthodontic experience is highly desirable

- Internationally trained dentists with extensive overseas clinical experience are welcome to apply
