You will guide onboarding, deliver training, and drive adoption through partnerships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product and Support. Travel up to 20% is expected as part of building trusted relationships.
You will monitor engagement, renewals and health metrics, with a focus on value delivery and customer outcomes. A cooperative, proactive approach is essential.
