Insights Analyst - Global Data and Insights Company

Join a leading global data and insights company.
In this role, you will work in a dedicated client service team looking after a major bank. This expert team works in tight collaboration with senior stakeholders to illuminate customer behaviour and the competitor landscape, leveraging an incredibly powerful data platform and rich customer databases.

This role is perfect for an insights strategist who loves finding the story in customer data, can make the complex straightforward, and deliver succinct BAU and ad hoc reporting and strategic insights.
It's not just banking, mortgages, insurance and superannuation. It's a sector where money, human behaviour, technology, trust and major societal changes all collide. Importantly, the insights you uncover have the potential to influence products, experiences and decisions that genuinely affect people's lives.

Key skills and experience:

- Prior experience in another strategic insights agency.
- Experience using quantitative customer survey data - syndicated or customised.
- Strong analytical skills - Q software is essential.
- Creating and helping to deliver client-ready presentations
- A client-facing analyst who enjoys building relationships, understanding problems and tailoring insights to build strong stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of core metrics like NPS and share of wallet ideal but we can teach you that
