Balance Brisbane is seeking a Sports Development Officer to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of gymnastics, tumbling, ninja-parkour and obstacle sport programs in Yeronga, QLD. This 100% onsite permanent, full time role focuses on growing participation and delivering high-quality events.
You will work with coaches to upskill capability, mentor junior staff, and report on participation metrics, while building partnerships and ensuring safety and policy alignment.
