Hyde Melbourne Place in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for Cleo. You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead service periods and support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

This role requires solid leadership, excellent communication and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work a rotating roster, support events, and ensure OH&S; and food safety standards are always met.
