Stellar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administration Officer to join the Maintenance & Engineering team at the Jellinbah mine in Queensland. You will provide administrative support, coordinate documentation, manage records and assist with reporting and daily operational tasks.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will work with planners, tradespeople and contractors to keep maintenance processes organised and compliant, with a focus on accuracy and effective
