About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining landscape construction with crew leadership and day-to-day site coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising landscaping crews on site.
- Carrying out soft and hard landscaping works, including planting, soil preparation, mulching, irrigation, paving, concreting, edging and garden bed installation.




- Reading and interpreting landscape plans and construction drawings.
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and daily site activities.
- Monitoring workmanship, productivity and project progress.
- Liaising with builders, site managers and other trades.
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive worksite.
- Ensuring works are completed to project specifications and quality requirements.

About You

You are a reliable, motivated landscaper who takes pride in your work, uses initiative and can confidently lead a crew.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in commercial landscape construction.
- Previous experience as a leading hand, foreman or crew leader, or the ability to step up into a leadership role.
- Strong practical landscaping skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to read landscape plans and work independently.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- A current driver's licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card).

The following will be highly regarded

- Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence.
- Excavator and skid steer operating experience, with relevant training or tickets.
- Irrigation installation experience.
- Experience working on commercial construction sites.
