- Relevantqualification and experience leading wellbeing/leisure & lifestyle approaches for patients orresidents in a healthcare setting
- Aptitudeto learn and work within the framework of the Aged Care Standards
- Demonstratedleadership skills to manage, coach and engage a team to perform at theirbest
- Acollaborative, emphatic, energetic and proactive with a can-do outgoingattitude
- Adeptat conflict resolution and able to find common ground within a range ofstakeholders
- Possessa current Criminal History Check suitable for agedcare
