The role requires bulk earthworks experience, Dozer operation with the appropriate tickets, Final Trim and GPS proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with other operators and trades on site.

The ideal candidate is locally based in Townsville, with immediate availability and a calm, confident leadership presence to guide the workforce on the project.
