This role is site-based in the Pilbara, working a 14 days on / 7 days R&R; roster, with Perth as the point of hire. In this role you will support site operations by carrying out a range of mostly general labouring and operating duties to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is site-based in the Pilbara, working a 14 days on / 7 days R&R; roster, with Perth as the point of hire. In this role you will support site operations by carrying out a range of mostly general labouring and operating duties to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

- Ability to assist in manual labouring and cable pulling
- Ability to operate mobile plant equipment.
- Ability to follow instruction and work effectively in a team
- Ability to perform basic manual tasks under supervision
- An ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and embodies John Holland’s values – caring, empowering, imaginative and future-focused.

Applicants will possess a selection of the following capabilities and licences:

- Drivers Licence (C) – mandatory
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding and focus for safety.




- Recent experience of working as a Machine Operator.
- Ability to pass a CAT 3 medical
