Endeavour Hotels in Current South Wales is seeking a driven, hands-on Sous Chef for a full-time role. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position; we want someone who leads from the front and genuinely enjoys building a strong kitchen culture.
You'll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, collaborating with senior management to maintain standards, consistency and team performance across day and night shifts.
