About the role

With the concession positioned prominently within Myer, this role calls for someone who is confident, approachable and ready to create their own opportunities.

You’ll lead from the floor, actively engage customers and build a strong client base through genuine relationships and professional outreach.

Your day will include:

- Driving sales and delivering against targets and KPIs
- Proactively approaching customers and creating new sales opportunities




- Building a loyal customer portfolio through regular follow-up and outreach
- Leading, coaching and motivating the concession team
- Managing stock, rosters, visual merchandising and daily operations
- Developing a strong working relationship with the wider Myer team
- Keeping the concession sharp, well stocked and ready for trade

About you

You’ll bring:

- Retail management experience, ideally within menswear or apparel
- A strong sales record and a genuine drive to achieve results
- An outgoing, friendly and qualified approach
- Confidence building clientele and maintaining long‑term relationships
- The ability to coach and motivate a sales‑focused team
- A strong eye for styling, presentation and detail
