BFT Geelong West is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to own day-to-day operations, growth, culture and member experience at the Geelong West studio. You will work with owners and the coaching team to ensure high standards of engagement, retention, sales and operations.
The role is hands-on, focusing on leadership, relationship-building and delivering exceptional member experiences across two BFT studios in Geelong.
