Trustana is seeking a Customer Success Representative to guide customers through onboarding, map their data workflows, and demonstrate how our AI-enabled data platform adds value.

You will work with global retailers and brands, understanding product catalogs and data structures, helping customers adopt best practices, and showing how the platform improves search, automation, and content management. You’ll monitor usage and drive renewals.
