InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is seeking a Bar Manager to lead all bar operations, inspire a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences, in line with our premium beverage program and brand standards.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager, require 2–3 years of leadership in a high‑end venue, deep knowledge of Australian and European wines and spirits, RSA certification, and the ability to coach a busy team in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
