Senior Commercial Property Manager 1-2 days from home!

A great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with 3-5 years experience looking to join a highly successful family owned Tier 3 boutique agency in the heart of Richmond with all its best amenities, cafes and restaurants right at your door step!

Our client is a multifaceted Real Estate agency offering commercial and residential sales, leasing, comprehensive project management and asset management services.

Their main specialization and rent roll consists mainly of aged care facilities, child care centres, swim schools and NDIS in the inner and broader Melbourne areas, whilst also maintaining strong international connections.

The portfolio consists of approximately 95 commercial tenancies and the software they use (prior experience highly advantageous but not necessary) is Cirrus8. This is a full-time Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm role,



although a bit of flexibility with hours will be considered for the right candidate (earlier start earlier finish, later start later finish). This is an end to end role however ample assistance is offered in terms of administration support so you can focus on the clients and tenants.

You will be provided with an onsite carpark, mobile phone and a very generous base salary plus lucrative commission structure. There is the option to work one day permanently from home weekly also.
