What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 140 properties end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy management
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and property-related matters
- Ensure compliance with Victorian legislation and relevant regulations
- Manage tenancy issues and resolve concerns professionally
- Work closely with leasing and administration support to maintain efficient processes
- Deliver a high standard of service to a discerning client base
What We're Looking For:
- Strong end-to-end residential property management experience
- Confidence managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties
- Experience with premium properties and high-end clientele, or exceptional client service skills
- Professional communication and relationship management skills
- Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation, compliance and tenancy matters
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
- A commitment to quality service rather than simply managing volume

- Hours: Monday-Friday, with flexible hours on offer

- Salary: Up to $112,000, negotiable for the right candidate
