voco Gold Coast, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead restaurant, bar, conferencing and events, delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role is full time with a rotating roster across breakfast, mid and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will work closely with the F&B; leadership team to drive service excellence and team engagement.
