About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager - Automotive to join our team at our Berrinba. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a thriving automotive retail and services operation. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving commercial success. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and achieving our business objectives within the Berrinba market.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive store, ensuring smooth and effective running of all departments
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of staff members, providing coaching, training and performance management
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Oversee inventory management, stock control and ordering of automotive products and parts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and complaint resolution
- Maintain workplace, safety standards, compliance and company policies
- Manage budgets, control costs and optimise profitability of the store




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth
