Stronghold Australia is looking for an experienced Fencing Installer / Crew Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in commercial, industrial and high-security fencing solutions, delivering quality workmanship and reliable service to our clients. We need a switched-on, hands-on leader who knows fencing, takes pride in their work and can lead a crew to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Work Sites
Work sites are in Sydney.
The Role
- Install commercial, industrial and security fencing systems.
- Lead and supervise a fencing crew on site.
- Organise daily work, materials and equipment.
- Read plans, follow job specifications and meet deadlines.
- Operate tools and equipment safely.
- Ensure quality workmanship and site safety at all times.
- Communicate with management, clients and other trades.
- Help train and support other team members.
What We’re Looking
- Fencing installation experience.
- Previous crew-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fencing systems, installation methods and tools.
- Ability to read plans and work independently.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get hands-on.
- Current driver’s licence.
- White Card and commitment to workplace safety.
