We are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Painting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong painting knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, coordinate jobs and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate a team of painters across multiple job sites.
- Prepare quotes and estimates for painting projects.
- Oversee daily work to ensure high-quality finishes and jobs are completed on time.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise on site.
- Ensure the team has the correct tools, equipment and painting products required to complete each job.
- Organise materials and coordinate site requirements to minimise delays.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients and management.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity and workplace safety.
- Take responsibility for keeping projects organised and running efficiently.

About you





- Minimum 5 years of painting experience.
- Experience supervising or leading a team is highly desirable.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotes and job estimates.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage site issues independently and make practical decisions.
- Good knowledge of painting tools, equipment, materials and products.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between job sites.
- Petrol expenses paid for travel to job sites.
