Position

An excellent opportunity exists for an ambitious Senior Accountant looking to take step up in their career providing key support to the Director in a second in charge capacity.

You will manage a portfolio of business services clients, oversee workflow and support junior team members while delivering high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns, managing compliance and risk requirements, providing advice on business structures and taxation matters, and assisting clients with their broader financial and commercial decisions.





Importantly, this is an opportunity to move beyond traditional compliance work and become a trusted adviser to clients, contributing to their business success while developing your own professional capabilities.

Profile

You will bring relevant professional services experience, with a strong foundation in business services accounting and taxation. Relevant Australian accounting qualifications are essential.

Technically sound and commercially minded, you will be confident managing competing priorities, reviewing work and communicating directly with clients.

You are proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership, with the interpersonal skills to build trust and develop lasting relationships.

Above all, you are an ambitious accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting others and taking the initiative to deliver quality outcomes.
