Are you a Senior Mortgage Broker who enjoys more than just writing loans?

This is an opportunity to join a growing financial services business at an exciting stage of expansion and play a key role in building out their lending division.

They're looking for an experienced residential broker who knows their craft, understands what great lending looks like, and wants to have genuine influence over how a lending function is built.

The Chance

The lending division was established last year and is now entering its next phase of growth. The long-term goal is to build towards $200M in annual settlements within three years, and they're looking for the right person to help make that happen.

You'll be more than a broker. You'll be a key contributor in shaping processes, sharing your expertise, and helping guide the growth of the division.

What's On Offer

- PAYG Senior Broker position
- $80k-$110k base + super + commissions
- Access to a large internal database of potential lending opportunities, with the autonomy to build and grow your own pipeline

About You

You're someone who:

- Has strong residential lending experience and technical capability
- Has a proven track record of writing ~$40M+ annually
- Understands how to structure deals and navigate complex scenarios
- Can confidently guide others on residential lending strategy and best practice
- Enjoys building relationships and generating business
- Is comfortable working in a growth-stage environment where things are still being built
- Likes wearing multiple hats and contributing beyond just loan writing
