About the Role

You'll be the driving force behind our field operations, ensuring every technician is in the right place, at the right time, with everything they need to get the job done.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate electricians, allocate jobs and manage daily schedules.

Job Preparation: Ensure jobs are properly planned, materials are ordered and technicians are ready.

Field Coordination: Monitor job progress, manage delays and keep operations running smoothly.

Problem-Solving: Think on your feet,



manage competing priorities and resolve scheduling challenges.

Team Communication: Be the main point of contact between technicians, the office and management.

Emergency Coordination: Assist with urgent jobs and after-hours dispatch arrangements.

Customer Experience: Coordinate warranty appointments and ensure customers are kept informed.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure and knows how to get things done.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience in the electrical industry or a similar trade services setting.

Strong scheduling, dispatch or field management experience.

A good understanding of electrical work, job scopes and labour requirements.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.

Confidence managing technicians and making decisions.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience with ServiceM8 or similar software (advantageous).
