Bayside Health is recruiting for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Special Care Nursery at Sandringham. Fixed term part time (.6 EFT) role leading clinical operations and discharge planning within a Family Centred Care neonatal unit.

You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership, coordinating workforce, improving patient flow and supporting families through education for discharge.
