Role Description

The Facilities Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role located at a class A office campus in Brighton, CO. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of building systems and equipment. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as general building repairs such as doors, lighting, and common‑area fixtures.



The Facilities Technician will work with on‑site Chief Engineer to conduct regular inspections, respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized work is required. The role also includes maintaining records of work performed, following safety protocols and building codes, and communicating clearly with property management and occupants to minimize disruption during repairs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair to ensure reliable operation of building systems and tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in facility management (FM) and building maintenance to oversee day‑to‑day property upkeep and support long‑term asset condition.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other site issues efficiently.
