Kaliba on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Account Manager (MSP) to own the entire client relationship for a portfolio of businesses, acting as their trusted ICT adviser rather than a mere point of contact. The role is remote but anchored on strategic guidance and long-term partnerships.

You'll develop ICT strategies, run quarterly reviews, manage renewals, identify gaps for additional offerings, and collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver solutions aligned to real client needs.
