Aboutthe Role

We now have a fantasticopportunity for a passionate Health Promotion Assistant to supportinitiatives and programs that promote community health, wellbeingand active lifestyles. This is a part-time position working 10hours per week.

Reporting tothe Health Promotion Officer, you’ll support the delivery of healthpromotion programs and events that align with the City’s PublicHealth Plan, including coordinating event logistics, developingpromotional materials and engaging with community groups toencourage participation.

Aboutyou

We’re seeking an organisedand enthusiastic individual with a focus on community engagement,health promotion and inclusive service delivery to help support ahealthier community.

Besidesdemonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:

ADiploma or tertiary degree (or be progressing towards one)in Health Promotion, Health Science, Nutrition, ExerciseScience or an equivalent field.

Acurrent WA C Class Driver’s Licence.

Starting from Level 3 Step 1 – Step 4($79,984.88 - $85,456.04 pro rata) of the City of CockburnIndustrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications andexperience.
