Jack’s Butterflies is seeking Level 2/3 Support Coordinators to join our Chermside team in Brisbane. You will work with children, young people, adults and their families to advance NDIS goals, coordinate services, and maximise outcomes.

This role requires travel for home visits and a current Working with Children Check and NDIs Worker Screen Check; you'll join a compassionate, family-led charity that emphasizes holistic care and ongoing training.
