Suntory Oceania in Queensland is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Distribution centre, coaching a high-performing team to ensure throughput and timely delivery while driving a safety and quality culture.
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead, you will monitor shift outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with state DC Managers to optimise picking and packing and support customer service.
