Belmo Group seeks an experienced onsite Property Manager to join our residential team at one of Newstead’s luxury waterfront developments built by Mirvac. You’ll manage a boutique portfolio, build relationships with owners, tenants and residents, and work with a friendly onsite team in a riverfront setting.

Take ownership from onboarding to tenancy, leasing, inspections, maintenance and end-of-month accounting.
