Open Minds is seeking a Senior Intake & Assessment Officer for the Pimpama centre on the Northern Gold Coast to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred assessments and pathways into care.

You will conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, manage risk, and support a multidisciplinary team to connect service users with the right services at the right time. This busy role requires robust collaboration with Clinical Leads, stakeholders, and community events.
