The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk, Technology and Communications Services Command. The role provides ICT call centre support to NSWPF customers to ensure the smooth operation of our policing services 24/7.

You will be part of a team that handles essential incidents, service requests and user guidance while adhering to security and compliance requirements.
