CBCity, The City of Canterbury Bankstown, is seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join the Open Space and Buildings Operations Unit. You will lead a small crew, coordinate daily duties and ensure parks, sportsfields and ovals are prepared and maintained to high standards. The role is permanent full time and integrates a Four-Day Week Pilot.

Salary starts at $80,351 (Grade E, Step 1) + AWACA + 12% super, with potential for negotiation based on experience. Applications close 18 October 2026.
