yourtown is recruiting a Senior Pathways Coach within the Get Back in the Game program in Campbelltown, NSW. You will provide intensive, strengths-based case management to young people facing barriers to education, training and employment, working across school and community environments.
You will build rapport, coordinate with schools, training providers and government agencies, oversee complex cases, support the Team Leader, and help the program achieve outcomes over a 12-month maximum term.
