Synapse- Canada is seeking an experienced Firmware Developer to maintain and enhance embedded software for our traffic products. You will design, code, test, and debug firmware for ARM Cortex‑M devices, and work with cross‑functional teams to drive designs from requirements to launch.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/CE and 5+ years in embedded development, with solid C, RTOS, Linux, and peripheral driver experience. Hybrid work options may apply.
